Baked Salmon



Ingredient List: Preparation Instructions:
 


2 Salmon steaks or fillets (approx. 1" thick)
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon onion juice
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Place salmon in baking pan lined with heavy duty foil*.  Blend butter, Worcestershire sauce, onion juice, and paprika; pour over fillets, covering completely.  Sprinkle with salt.

Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes or whenever fish flakes easily with a fork.

*Note:  If using salmon steaks, lightly grease the pan.  If using salmon fillets, place on UNGREASED pan SKIN SIDE DOWN.   When cooked, take up fillets with spatula, allowing the skin to stick to the foil.
