Brownie Cupcakes



Ingredient List: Preparation Instructions:
 


4 (1-oz) squares semisweet chocolate
1 cup butter or margarine
1 3/4 cup sugar
1 cup flour
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Combine chocolate and butter in glass bowl; melt in microwave.
Combine sugar, flour, eggs, and vanilla in bowl.
Combine chocolate mixture and sugar mixture, stirring until batter is smooth. Stir in pecans. Spoon batter into paper-lined muffin pans.
Bake at 325° for 35 minutes.

Yield: 2 dozen
