Cheddar Crackers



Ingredient List: Preparation Instructions:
 


1/2 Cup butter, softened
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1-1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
Cream butter and cheese until smooth. Combine flour and salt; add to cream mixture. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten each ball to 1/8-inch thickness with bottom of glass dipped in flour.
Bake at 350° for 12 - 15 minutes. Let cool on wire rack.

Yield: 4 dozen
