B's Fried Rice |
| Ingredient List:
4 cups cooked rice |
Preparation Instructions:
Spray cooking spray in a small skillet. Gently stir-fry eggs over medium heat and set aside. Heat sesame oil in large Dutch oven; stir-fry onion and garlic. Cut up chicken breasts into small strips. Cut cleaned and deveined shrimp in half. When onion and garlic are done, add to Dutch oven the chicken pieces. Stir-fry until chicken is done; add shrimp and black pepper. When all meat is completely done, add stir-fry vegetables. Gently stir and cook until vegetables are done. Add rice and soy sauce; mix and heat thoroughly. |
