Grilled Margarita Chicken |

Juice of 2 limes Juice of 1 small orange 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 4 tablespoons olive oil 4 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts |
Combine lime juice,
orange juice, garlic, pepper, olive oil, and cilantro. Set aside
half of marinade for basting while grilling. Marinate chicken for at
least 1 hour.
Grill on high about one minute to sear one side and seal in the juices. Baste the top side and turn over. Lower the heat to medium high and grill for twelve to fifteen minutes, turning every five minutes. Baste with each turn. |
