Grilled Shrimp



Ingredient List: Preparation Instructions:
 


Juice of 1 lime
Juice of 1 orange
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined (may leave tails intact)
Combine juices, garlic, pepper and olive oil. Marinate cleaned shrimp while grill is heating, about 10 - 15 minutes.

Soak 2 bamboo skewers in warm water while shrimp marinates.

Thread shrimp onto skewers. Turn grill to medium. Cook for 5 minutes, turning shrimp a total of three times, basting the first two.

Yield: 2 servings
