Lasagne



Ingredient List: Preparation Instructions:
 


1 1/2 pounds ground sirloin
3 cups spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 cups water
2 cups cottage cheese
1 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 (8-ounce) package lasagna noodles, UNCOOKED
1 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
In large saucepan, brown meat. Add spaghetti sauce and water; simmer about 10 minutes.
In bowl, stir together cottage cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, eggs, and parsley.
Coat 13x9-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Pour 1 cup of the sauce to cover bottom of pan. Arrange UNCOOKED lasagna noodles over sauce and cover with another cup of sauce. Spread cheese mixture over noodles and sauce. Repeat layers of noodles, sauce and cheese mixture, ending with sauce. Sprinkle top with 1 cup mozzarella and 1/2 cup Parmesan.
Cover with foil. (Can refrigerate before baking.) Preheat oven for a few minutes to 350°. Bake covered with foil for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
