Quiche



Ingredient List: Preparation Instructions:
 


3 Eggs
1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
1 cup shredded cheese (mozarella, Swiss, jack)
1 cup chopped ham, or
1 cup steamed broccoli flowerets, or
1 - 1-1/2 cups YOUR CHOICE

In a medium bowl, combine eggs and milk. Add cheese and meat and/or vegetables.

Pour into Baked Pastry Shell. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes until top is lightly browned and quiche custard is set in the middle.

Allow quiche to set for a few minutes before cutting.
