Stir-fry Shrimp



Ingredient List: Preparation Instructions:
 


1 clove garlic, chopped
2 - 3 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
2 tablespoons sesame oil
about 20 - 24 shrimp, rinsed and patted dry
3 tablespoons white wine (I like Sauterne)
3 green onions, thinly sliced
Stir-fry garlic and ginger in the sesame oil until garlic is soft. Add shrimp and stir-fry 1 minute. Add the wine and the onions, cover, reduce heat and cook for 3 minutes. Spoon over hot cooked white rice.

Yield: 2 servings
