Stuffed Mushrooms |
| Ingredient List:
12 large fresh mushrooms (~1 pound) |
Preparation Instructions:
Remove stems from mushrooms; chop stems. Brush mushroom caps with butter. Stir together chopped mushrooms, shrimp, and next 7 ingredients. Spoon evenly into mushrooms caps, and sprinkle evenly with more cheese, if desired. Place on a lightly greased rack in a broiler pan. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes. |
